Led by Avra Jain, an in- house team of architects, project managers, and analysts have developed a successful balance between art and commerce to engage in projects which range from affordable housing to boutique restorations. When analyzing a one-mile radius around The Vagabond Hotel, the aggregate tax revenue increase from 2012 to 2015 (using 2012 as the base year) totaled an additional $11,519,246 ($36.07% increase).
